Honorable Mentions: Pittsburgh Steelers, Los Angeles Chargers, Las Vegas Raiders, Cincinnati Bengals

The group of honorable mentions is large because at one time or another these teams have looked very good. The Los Angeles Chargers and Cincinnati Bengals in particular were two teams that looked like they could ascend and be in that discussion this year with young quarterbacks.

The Chargers had three straight wins earlier in the season over the Chiefs, Raiders, and Browns. However, they have struggled recently by losing three of four games, with losses to the Ravens, Patriots, and Vikings.

As for the Bengals, they started the season 5-2 and had wins over the Steelers and Ravens but have not looked good the past two games and suffered losses to the Jets and Browns.

At times, these four teams have played very good football and could get back into the discussion but right now the bad outweighs the good.
