The Bills have proven capable of winning games in multiple ways. If the offense struggles, the defense can still keep the game within striking distance. If a shootout is required, the Bills have the firepower to win that way too. They have an inexperienced quarterback who even though has shown flashes of brilliance, hasn’t seen a defense as vicious as Buffalo’s. The Jets also have a pretty good interior defensive line but they haven’t had to chase around Josh Allen. Mike White has a 400-yard passing game to his credit, but it didn’t happen against the Bills.

The bottom line is the Buffalo needs a victory to get back on track in the conference. Several teams have endured head-scratching losses in 2021, but they can ill afford prior losses to dictate the tune of their season. The Bills need a bounce-back game in a big way.
