Buffalo Bills: 4 storylines entering Week 10 against the New York Jets
Who will be available in Week 10 for the Buffalo Bills?
The injuries are starting to pile up for the Buffalo Bills, on both sides of the ball, but the good news is that they may be getting some players back this week. The past two weeks, the Bills offense has been without Spencer Brown and Dawson Knox but on Wednesday they were able to practice in a limited fashion, which is a step in the right direction.
If these two players are able to return, it would be a big boost for this offense as the offensive line was playing their best all year with Brown in the lineup. As for Knox, he was having a breakout season and was one of Josh Allen’s favorite targets.
On the defensive side of the ball, cornerback Taron Johnson left the game against the Jaguars early due to a concussion and is in the protocol, similar to Zack Moss. However, he was able to practice in a limited capacity, which opens the door to the possibility of him playing Sunday if he can clear the remaining steps.
The big news was that linebacker Tremaine Edmunds missed Wednesday’s practice due to a hamstring injury. If he is not able to play, this would be a big loss for the defense as he carries more responsibilities than just a middle linebacker. He also gets the play call from the sideline and is expected to ensure everyone is in position prior to the snap.
If Edmunds is not able to play, the Bills would likely turn to veteran A.J. Klein.
