Wide Receiver
This one may be a bit of a surprise since the wide receiver position is considered one of the strengths of this roster. However, this group could look very different next season.
At the top of the depth chart is Stefon Diggs, and that is not going to change hopefully for a long time. After that is Emmanuel Sanders, who has played well and could come back, but is an older player and is a free agent after this season. The Bills also have Cole Beasley, who is under contract but has a high cap hit in 2022 that may make sense to release him to create some cap space.
The Bills also have Isaiah McKenzie, who has primarily been a returner but has shown he can be productive in this offense. However, he also is a free agent after this season after returning to Buffalo on a one-year deal. This would potentially leave just Gabriel Davis as the only wide receiver under contract past this season with Diggs.
That is why wide receiver could end up being a priority, and one of the more pressing needs, for the Buffalo Bills during the NFL Draft.
