Levi Wallace

When looking at the Buffalo Bills secondary, cornerback Levi Wallace is the direction opposing quarterbacks are going to go for most of the game. This is due to the fact that the Bills have Tre’Davious White, who is one of the top cornerbacks in the game, and Taron Johnson, who is playing like one of the best slot corners in the league.

This puts a lot of pressure on Levi Wallace and in their past two games, he has struggled. According to Pro Football Reference, in those two games, he has been targeted 11 times and allowed nine receptions for 102 receiving yards and one touchdown.

The Buffalo Bills don’t necessarily need to make a switch because they have one of the best defenses in the league. They have been able to get by with Wallace as their starting corner opposite White but if they believe they are Super Bowl contenders and need to make a move to solidify that belief, this is one position they could target before the deadline.

If Levi Wallace struggles this week against the Dolphins, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them make a trade for a cornerback.
