ESPN: Buffalo Bills drop only one spot but confidence still high

Current Week’s Ranking: 2

Last Week’s Ranking: 1

The power rankings this week looked at confidence ratings for each team at this point and how it compares to the start of the season. Even with the loss to the Titans, the confidence rating for the Bills has increased from 6.3 before Week 1 to 7.8 at this point.

Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN wrote:

"Honestly, Buffalo’s rating could be higher, especially after the way the win in Kansas City went. This team has an incredibly high ceiling, and the confidence will only increase as it fixes the issues that were on display in Tennessee. The Bills still have the potential to be the best team in the AFC, if not the league. — Alaina Getzenberg"

While the loss against the Titans stings, the fact remains that this is a very good team and they played another good team on the road. The biggest question is how they respond and they will now use the bye week to address some of the issues that Getzenberg notes were on display against the Titans.
