These are the top takeaways from the Buffalo Bills Week 4 win over the Houston Texans

The Buffalo Bills have won three straight games and are playing some of the best football they have under Sean McDermott. Over the years, fans have seen one side play well which has made up for struggles on the other side of the ball like in 2019 when it was the defense that helped the Bills reach the playoffs. It was the offense in 2020 that helped lead the way while the defense had their struggles.

However, right now this team is winning games with their offense and their defense and has outscored opponents by 97 points over the past three weeks. Their most recent performance was a 40-0 victory over the Houston Texans. While this was a game they were expected to win, the fashion that they did it was rather impressive.

The Buffalo Bills did get off to a slow start and weren’t necessarily as sharp as prior weeks. While they won’t make excuses, the weather certainly had to play a factor here. However, it seemed like they didn’t let this linger for long and started to find a rhythm midway through the first quarter that they never lost and would put together eight scoring drives over the course of the game.

These are a few other things to take away from the Buffalo Bills Week 4 performance past just the score.
