Matt Milano

This season, Matt Milano has arguably been the best player on a very good Buffalo Bills defense that currently ranks in the Top 5 in total yards allowed (252.7) and points allowed (14.7). This week presents another great opportunity for Milano to make his presence known and have an impact on this game.

One of the reasons is that the Houston Texans have struggled to protect their quarterback from linebackers bringing pressure from the second and third level. In about a game and a half, Davis Mills has been sacked five times and 3.5 of those sacks have come from either linebackers or safeties.

This is something Sean McDermott and Leslie Frazier should be able to capitalize on by calling blitzes that can bring pressure from the linebacker position and utilize Milano in this capacity.
