The Buffalo Bills announced their injury report for Week 3 and it is rather short but does have one glaring concern. The team had only two players listed as questionable but they are both at the same position with starter Levi Wallace and backup Dane Jackson both questionable with knee injuries.

Wallace left the game against the Miami Dolphins early due to cramping and was replaced by Dane Jackson. On Wednesday, Levi Wallace was listed as a full participant but was then limited on Thursday while Jackson was limited Wednesday and Thursday.

The good news is that on Friday both were full participants so while they are listed as questionable it appears both are likely to play Sunday against the Washington Football Team. If either player was not able to play, the Buffalo Bills would likely call up one of the cornerbacks from the practice squad.

Through the first two games, the Bills have yet to call up any players from the practice squad.

Buffalo Bills’ defensive tackle Star Lotulelei enters Week 3 with no injury designation

Another player that was getting plenty of attention this week was defensive tackle Star Lotulelei who surprisingly was on the first injury report of the week on Wednesday with a groin injury. He missed Wednesday’s practice but seemed to steadily improve after being limited on Thursday before being a full participant on Friday.

Sean McDermott said Lotulelei suffered the injury during warmups but was able to play against the Miami Dolphins. The fact that he doesn’t have any injury designation is a great sign that he not only should play but not have any limitations in the game.

Joining Lotulelei as a full participant in Friday’s practice was wide receiver Gabriel Davis and safety Micah Hyde. The fact that they both got in a full practice on Friday and enter Sunday with no injury designation should have the Bills as close to full health as they have been at any point this season.
