Can Taylor Heinicke keep this offense on track against the Bills defense?

One of the top storylines for this game was supposed to be the return of Ryan Fitzpatrick, who had been the starter for the Buffalo Bills from 2009 to 2012. However, Fitzpatrick suffered a hip injury Week 1 and with him on injured reserve, Washington turned to Taylor Heinicke.

Heinicke got the start against the New York Giants in Week 2 and played well completing 34 of 46 passes for 336 passing yards with two touchdowns and one interception. The Washington quarterback did a good job moving the ball around and getting it to his playmakers.

The question is can Heinicke do it against the Buffalo Bills defense, who through the first two games has played well. The Bills have yet to allow more than 200 passing yards in a game this season.

If Taylor Heinicke can get the ball to his playmakers like Terry McLaurin, Logan Thomas, and Antonio Gibson, this offense has a chance but it will be on the quarterback to make the right decision.
