Devin Singletary

The first two weeks have been excellent from Devin Singletary and he has arguably been their most consistent offensive weapon. He has been much more productive with 154 rushing yards, averaging 6.4 yards per carry, and one rushing touchdown through the first two games.

However, ball security has been an issue as the Bills running back has a fumble in each game and three total on the season. The good news is that he hasn’t lost any fumbles yet but any running back who puts the ball on the ground, no matter how productive, will start to lose opportunities if this issue can’t be fixed.

In Week 2, the Bills seemed to find a formula that worked for their backfield with Singletary being the featured back, Zack Moss playing more in short-yardage and goal-line situations, with Matt Breida being that change of pace, receiving back. As long as Devin Singletary can avoid the fumbles, this should be rotation moving forward.
