Will the Buffalo Bills repeat as AFC East division champions?

For close to two decades, the AFC East was run by the New England Patriots with Tom Brady under center and Bill Belichick on the sidelines. The Patriots won 17 of the last 19 titles and that included a stretch of 11 straight.

However, that all changed last year as Brady headed south to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Patriots struggled. For the Buffalo Bills, the timing couldn’t have worked out any better as the Patriots took step backward and the Bills emerged as one of the top teams in the AFC.

They would finish the season 13-3 and win their first AFC East division title since 1995 and the days of Jim Kelly, Andre Reed, Thurman Thomas, and Bruce Smith. In fact, prior to last season the Indianapolis Colts had won the AFC East more recently than the Bills and the Colts hadn’t been part of the division since 2002.

The question now is whether or not the Buffalo Bills will win their second consecutive division title. I make my predictions for who will win the AFC East and what the standings may look like.
