Week 17: Atlanta Falcons at Buffalo Bills

Even if the Buffalo Bills lock up the AFC East against the Patriots, they are unlikely to rest their starters until they are out of the running for the top seed in the AFC. The NFL moved to a seven-team playoff so now it is only the top team in each conference that receives a bye so the Buffalo Bills will likely be playing all their starters through Week 18.

This game will be the first of two at home to close out the regular season as they face the Atlanta Falcons. At one time, this was one of the best in the NFC but have struggled the past few seasons. They have some good offensive players like Calvin Ridley and Kyle Pitts along with veteran Matt Ryan but with enough questions on defense, the Buffalo Bills secure another win.

Prediction: Win (13-3)

Week 18: New York Jets at Buffalo Bills

In the regular season finale, the Buffalo Bills face the New York Jets at home in Highmark Stadium. There is a chance that starters are rested for this game but assuming all players are available, this should be another win for the Bills.

If these predictions are correct and the Buffalo Bills finish 14-3 and it would be a franchise record for wins in a season. They will be in contention for that top seed in the AFC, locking up a bye and ensuring the AFC playoffs run through Western New York in 2021.

Prediction: Win (14-3)
