These are five players on the Buffalo Bills who could be the next player to receive a contract extension.

The Buffalo Bills made arguably the most important deal in the past twenty years for their franchise on Friday when they signed Josh Allen to a long-term contract extension that would keep him with the team through the 2027 season.

The six-year, $258 million contract was record-setting in that it included the most guaranteed dollars ($150 million) and the most money at the time of signing ($100 million).

While the quarterback position is the most important position on the field and locking in Allen long-term will go a long way to hopefully sustained success, he isn’t the only person on the field. He will need help if the Buffalo Bills hope to win a Super Bowl during this contract extension.

The regular season is quickly approaching but there is still time if GM Brandon Beane wants to work on a few more extensions before Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. These are the five most likely candidates on the Buffalo Bills.
