These are the three worst trades Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane has made.

The 2017 offseason will go down as one of the most pivotal offseasons in Buffalo Bills history. The team started the offseason by hiring Sean McDermott as their next head coach and after the NFL Draft that year, the Bills made a change at general manager by hiring Brandon Beane.

During that time, Beane has constructed one of the best rosters in the NFL by a number of different means. They have used the NFL Draft and free agency to add talent but have also made key trades along the way.

Most of these trades have worked out in the Buffalo Bills’ favor, like trading Cordy Glenn to move up in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft or acquiring Stefon Diggs last offseason. However, not all trades have worked out for the Bills and Brandon Beane and there have been a few missteps along the way.
