The defensive line is arguably the most intriguing part of the Buffalo Bills roster entering training camp in 2021. There has been an influx of youth over the last two seasons in A.J. Epenesa, Greg Rousseau, Carlos Basham, and Justin Zimmer; as well as some veteran additions like Mario Addison, Vernon Butler, and Efe Obada.

Those names are additions to a group already containing the likes of Jerry Hughes, Ed Oliver, Star Lotulelei, and Harrison Phillips.

Some players who would have been roster locks for the Bills in years past are certainly no longer locks. There will be a lot of players fighting for just ten roster spots (assuming the Bills keep ten defensive linemen as they did in 2020), so it is worth looking at the players that will be fighting for said roster spots.
