Kyle Orton

The next player on this list is another player who came to the Buffalo Bills after playing for the Dallas Cowboys. In 2014, Kyle Orton was not happy with his situation with the Cowboys and threatened to retire during the offseason.

He would eventually be released by the Cowboys and joined the Bills right before the start of the regular season on a two-year deal. The move was certainly surprising as the Bills had E.J. Manuel, who they drafted in the first round in 2013, as their quarterback entering his second season.

Orton would eventually take the job from Manuel during the season and the Bills would go 7-5 in 12 starts by the veteran quarterback. He would go on to throw for 3,018 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions during those starts.

However, that would be Kyle Orton’s final season as he would end up retiring after the season and end his career with only one season with the Buffalo Bills.
