Starter: Devin Singletary

Right now, Devin Singletary is likely to enter training camp as the starter. This isn’t necessarily due to him being the best running back but due more to Zack Moss still working back from an ankle injury suffered against the Indianapolis Colts in the playoffs.

The fact that Singletary has been able to play with the first team during minicamp, and likely the start of the training camp, should give him a slight advantage of earning the starting job for the regular season.

However, he will certainly need to improve on his performance last year if he wants to remain the starter. Singletary did finish the year as the leading rusher with 687 rushing yards but saw his yards per carry drop from 5.1 in 2019 to 4.4 last year. He also saw his total touchdowns drop from four to two last year.
