Buffalo Bills: Updated 53-man roster projections after minicamp
Safety (4)
Micah Hyde, Jordan Poyer, Damar Hamlin, Jaquan Johnson
This is one position that there doesn’t appear to be much mystery at this point of the offseason. For the fifth year, the team’s starters will be one of the better starting safety duos in Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer. They will be joined by Damar Hamlin, who was drafted this year by the Bills, and Jaquan Johnson, who was drafted two years ago by the Bills.
Special Teams (3)
Tyler Bass, Matt Haack, Reid Ferguson
Similar to safety, there isn’t much mystery to this part of the team for the Buffalo Bills. The biggest change will be at punter as the team did not re-sign Corey Bojorquez and instead elected to go with free agent Matt Haack.
The team’s long snapper is Reid Ferguson, a role he has held since 2017 and is one he will stay in for the next four seasons after signing a contract extension this offseason.
