Jurell Casey

The final defensive tackle that the Buffalo Bills should take a close look at is Jurrell Casey, who spent the first nine years of his career with the Tennessee Titans. However, the Titans traded Casey last offseason to the Denver Broncos. He unfortunately only played three games though due to injury and was released this offseason.

Of the players on this list, Casey has certainly received the most postseason awards and from 2015 to 2019 was selected to the Pro Bowl every year.

Casey is a defensive tackle that would bring some versatility to the position as he could line up both as a one-tech, and rotate with Star Lotulelei, or as a three-tech, and backup Ed Oliver. He is also a veteran that could be another leader along this defensive line alongside Jerry Hughes and Mario Addison.

The Buffalo Bills have a number of defensive tackles on the roster but they may be relying too much on Star Lotulelei and expecting him to return to the level he was prior to last season. That is why it would make sense for them to pursue one of these four defensive tackles now that they have a little more cap space.
