Recently, Pro Football Focus put out their ranking of the 32 best tight ends entering the 2021 season. However, the Buffalo Bills did not have any of their players make these rankings.

The most likely candidate who should have been on the list is Dawson Knox. He was a third round pick in 2019 and while he has room for improvement, he has made an impact at times and shown he could be that top tight end for this offense.

In the second half of the year, the Bills started to find a way to use him effectively and he had five touchdowns over the final nine games, including the playoffs.

While there is no reason to make a case that Knox should be in the Top 20 of the list, there are three players at the bottom of these rankings that the Buffalo Bills tight end should have been ranked higher than.
