Week 2: Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins

For the second straight season, the Buffalo Bills head on the road to face the Miami Dolphins in the second week of the season. Last year, Josh Allen had one of his best games of the season with 415 passing yards and four touchdowns.

The outcome of this game is really going to hinge on the development of Tua Tagovailoa and if he is ready to take that next step in his second season in the league. I don’t know that it happens this early in the season and the Bills come away with a win to move to 2-0.

Prediction: Win (2-0)

Week 3: Washington Football Team at Buffalo Bills

There are going to be plenty of storylines in this game as Sean McDermott faces off against his former boss, Ron Rivera, when he was head coach and McDermott was defensive coordinator with the Carolina Panthers.

This is also the return of Ryan Fitzpatrick, who is expected to be the starting quarterback for Washington, as he faces his former team. Fitzpatrick was with the Bills from 2009 to 2012. While they have an exciting offense, their defense and secondary in particular are not very good. This has the potential to be a big game for Josh Allen and the Bills passing game.

Prediction: Win (3-0)
