Last year, the Buffalo Bills made a big trade with the Minnesota Vikings that sent multiple picks, including a first round pick in 2020 NFL Draft, for wide receiver Stefon Diggs. During his time in Minnesota, Diggs was considered to be a good wide receiver but was never discussed in that top tier of pass catchers.

This past season though that all changed as Stefon Diggs had a career year with 127 receptions and 1,535 receiving yards along with eight receiving touchdowns. The receptions and receiving yards not only led the league but also set single season franchise records for the Bills.

He also earned his first Pro Bowl selection as well as a spot on the first team All-Pro team.

Even with the impressive season, there seems like there is still room to grow for Stefon Diggs in this offense. He has a chance to do something that hasn’t been done since 2011 and 2012 by leading the league in receiving yards, which Calvin Johnson accomplished with the Detriot Lions.

These are three reasons why Stefon Diggs will repeat as the NFL’s leading receiver this coming season.
