2. Rachad Wildgoose

Rachad Wildgoose was also a sixth round pick by the Buffalo Bills and is a cornerback from the University of Wisconsin. The reason Wildgoose is ranked second is a combination of position versatility and opportunity.

The one position that seems to be the most up for grabs is at cornerback opposite Tre’Davious White. The team did bring back Levi Wallace but he is entering his fourth year with the team and in the prior three struggled to maintain the starting job and holding off veterans.

The main competition for him will be Dane Jackson, who was a seventh round pick last year and did start two games. While the Buffalo Bills do seem to like what he brings, he is not to the point where he could be guaranteed the starting spot.

After those two is Cam Lewis and all three players have some questions going into training camp which could create an opportunity for Rachad Wildgoose to surprise the coaching staff and earn that starting job.

The other reason is he does have the ability to play outside as well as inside. If the Bills were to lose Taron Johnson, who is the clear starter at nickel then Wildgoose could be that first player to step in and replace him.
