3. Chuba Hubbard

If the Buffalo Bills want speed then Chuba Hubbard should be high on their board because he certainly has plenty of that. The Oklahoma State running back is one of the fastest in this year’s class and ran a 4.36 40-yard dash recently.

In three seasons for the Cowboys, he had 3,459 rushing yards and 33 rushing touchdowns as well as 53 receptions for 479 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns. In terms of that home run speed, he had at least one rushing attempt go for over 30 yards each season including a 92-yard run in 2019. He also had at least one reception go for 45 or more yards in two of his three seasons.

He is a player that will likely never develop into a featured back but pairing him with Zack Moss and Devin Singletary, could be exactly what the Bills need at the position.
