The 2021 NFL Draft is less than two weeks away and the draft rumors are going to start to kick into high gear. While there will be plenty of speculation of which players NFL teams are targeting, this is also a time where front offices are evaluating their rosters and seeing if there are trades to be made for veterans.

While these types of trades are not common, they do happen and can take place at any point over the three-day event. Last year, the San Francisco 49ers made a trade for offensive tackle Trent Williams on Day 3 sending a fifth round pick and this year’s third round pick to Washington.

For the Buffalo Bills, general manager Brandon Beane should be taking a close look at his roster and starting to find players who could be on the roster bubble come training camp time. If there are players that are in jeopardy of being cut based on the depth at the position or because of a player selected to that point in the NFL Draft, it might be worth exploring some trade offers for these players.

These are four players that could be potentially traded away during the 2021 NFL Draft, starting with a player they drafted only last year.
