Round 2, 37th Overall: Creed Humphrey, IOL (Oklahoma)

The Buffalo Bills in this trade situation have moved back seven spots and added former All-Pro tight end Zach Ertz. While the team does lose the advantage of having the fifth-year option with a first round pick, the drop seven spots back still give them an opportunity to add a high-quality prospect.

The selection of Creed Humphrey makes perfect sense for the Buffalo Bills as he can address two needs on the offensive line. The depth right now at guard and center is thin but Creed Humphrey could step in as a rookie at any of the three positions.

However, long-term is where Humphrey has the most value as Mitch Morse has only two years left on his current deal and the Bills don’t have his replacement on the roster. Humphrey was a three-year starter at center for the Sooners and was Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year this past season and named first-team All-Big 12 the past two seasons.
