The last Seminole to crack the top 4 and make this slideshow full of Seminoles is edge rusher Joshua Kaindoh. From the moment the Buffalo Bills got eliminated from the playoffs, everyone was clamoring for improvements to the pass rush. The fact of the matter is, the Bills defensive line was the highest paid defensive line in the league last year and it there was not a proportional return on investment in terms of production.

AT 6’7″ and 265 pounds, Kaindoh has the prototypical size that Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott loves off the edge. He values bigger, more powerful edge rushers as opposed to the bendy athletic edge rushers. These players are typically more consistent in run defense and better at setting the edge.

Kaindoh hasn’t had great production in terms of sack count, but he was solid at applying pressure to opposing quarterbacks. Unfortunately, the Bills wouldn’t be drafting Kaindoh directly because of his production but rather because of how his physical traits project to the next level. With a solid combination of length, athleticism and strength Kaindoh would be a solid developmental addition in the draft to a defensive line stacked with wise veteran talent.

The talent projection for Kaindoh makes him a difficult draft projection as well, but it’s likely that he ends up being selected on day three of the 2021 NFL Draft.
