Defensive End

This is not necessarily a position of need due to a lack of players. In fact, the Buffalo Bills are likely to bring back everybody on the roster from last season, except for Trent Murphy who is a free agent.

One player who seemed like a cut candidate, Mario Addison, agreed to a salary cut to stay with the team. While this doesn’t necessarily guarantee he remains with the team, it certainly helps his chances.

Even though the Bills do have most of the position returning, they should still try to add a pass rusher that can help get pressure on opposing quarterbacks. This defense last season did not do a very good job in this area with just their front four.

This means the Buffalo Bills may not end up going after some of those top pass rushers in free agency but look for players who can be rotational players, either lower-tiered free agents or in the NFL Draft.
