Buffalo Bills: 4 under-the-radar players to target in free agency
James White
The Buffalo Bills could be looking to add another running back to pair with Devin Singletary and Zack Moss this offseason and the best answer may be James White. The former New England Patriots running back is set to hit free agency and is one of the better pass catching running backs in the league.
The past four seasons White has averaged 66 receptions, 550 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns each season while playing only about 40% of the offensive snaps. If White was added to this offense and could produce those types of numbers, it would make this offense that much tougher to defend. It also wouldn’t cut too much into Singletary and Moss’ workload, still allowing them to be a part of this offense.
The last contract White signed was a four-year deal worth $12 million dollars and the fact that he is 29 years old could make this next contract a little bit less than that. This is certainly a contract that they could fit onto their roster this coming season.
