Over the past few seasons, the Buffalo Bills have made big splashes in free agency but have also found some great value. Last year’s signing of Daryl Williams is a perfect example of that as they signed him to a one-year deal. He would go on to be the team’s starting right tackle for every game last season.

This year, finding those bargain free agents is going to be even more critical with limited cap space. These are four players who could be under-the-radar signings that play big roles for this team next season.

Michael Davis

The cornerback position is one that seems to be a need every season and the Bills have tried to address it with a veteran. This year, they could add a player like Michael Davis who has some starting experience but may not command top dollar at the position.

Davis was an undrafted free agent signing by the Los Angeles Chargers in 2017 and has seen his role grow over the years. This past season he started 14 games but was overshadowed by players like Casey Hayward and Chris Harris Jr. but was one of their better defensive backs. He finished the season with 64 total tackles, three interceptions and 14 passes defended.

The fact that he is only 26 years old could give this team a long term answer at the position opposite Tre’Davious White.
