Buffalo Bills: Predicting best way to address roster needs this offseason
Linebacker
Best Way: NFL Draft
If the Buffalo Bills are to lose Matt Milano this offseason, there leaves a pretty big hole at the position next to Tremaine Edmunds. However, this past season the coaching staff was able to find a pretty successful replacement in A.J. Klein.
The veteran linebacker played pretty well in place of Milano and this could give the front office the luxury of drafting a linebacker in the mid-to-late rounds, like Jabril Cox, Chazz Surrett or Tony Fields II. These players can slowly be worked into the starting lineup and maybe become the starter by the end of next year.
Even if that rookie may not be ready, the Bills will also have Tyrel Dodson returning who also showed some promise early in the year. This is one position where the coaching staff has some options and be a little more patient with developing the right player.
