The Buffalo Bills are coming off one of their best seasons in recent memory but unfortunately it ended with a loss in the AFC Championship Game. This offseason the focus should be ultimately getting past the Kansas City Chiefs but they will need to find ways to improve the roster.

Since the cap space is limited, Brandon Beane will need to have a gameplan of the best way to address some of the biggest concerns on the roster. The Bills are going to need to find a balance that includes either re-signing their own free agents, signing other free agents or drafting players who can make an impact right away.

This is a breakdown of five roster needs and determining the best way to improve the roster when considering a number of factors like salary implications, players currently on the roster, and the talent available in free agency or the NFL Draft.
