Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson was signed as undrafted free agent by the Minnesota Vikings in 2017 but it wasn’t until this past season that he had the opportunity to be a full-time starter. He was expected to be the linebacker that came off the field in nickel situations with Eric Kendrick and Anthony Barr still on the team.

However, a season-ending injury for Barr in Week 1 opened the door for more playing for Eric Wilson and he seized that opportunity. He finished with 122 total tackles, three sacks, three interceptions and eight passes defended.

According to Pro Football Reference, Wilson allowed a QB rating of only 74.3 on 65 targets last year, allowing 45 receptions and 366 receiving yards. If the Buffalo Bills are looking for a bargain with a linebacker who has a similar skill set to Milano, then Eric Wilson may be the best option.
