Buffalo Bills: 3 wide receivers to target in free agency
Kenny Stills
The last player is one who actually finished the year with the Buffalo Bills but didn’t play in any games in wide receiver Kenny Stills. He joined the team at the beginning of January on the practice squad and was elevated for the AFC Championship Game but was not activated.
Stills started his career with the New Orleans Saints and played two seasons there before being traded to the Miami Dolphins. He played four seasons for the Dolphins and had some of his best years of his career when he had 726 receiving yards and nine touchdowns in 2016 and then 847 receiving yards and six touchdowns in 2017.
He was then traded to the Houston Texans and played about a season and half with the Texans before being released in November.
He doesn’t bring the versatility of Isaiah McKenzie but certainly has plenty of speed to be that deep threat in this offense. In addition, he can play both inside or in the slot and be that primary backup to Cole Beasley, which there isn’t a clear backup currently on the roster.
