Jerick McKinnon

What he brings: Big play threat

Another thing that this offense is missing with Devin Singletary and Zack Moss in the backfield is a home run threat, either on the ground or through the air. This is why a player like Jerick McKinnon makes sense for the Buffalo Bills.

McKinnon started his career with the Minnesota Vikings but has spent the past three seasons with the San Francisco 49ers. However, he missed the first two seasons due to knee injuries.

This past season, he returned to the field and had 319 rushing yards, 253 receiving yards and six total touchdowns.

One of the reasons McKinnon would make sense is he has breakaway speed and in four of the five years he was on the field had at least one rush of 55 or more yards. He also provides some experience on return teams and could be a possible replacement for Andre Roberts, if he were to leave this offseason.
