Buffalo Bills: 3 players in Super Bowl LV who could be free agent targets
Bashaud Breeland
The Kansas City Chiefs secondary has played very well over the second half of the season and cornerback Bashaud Breeland has been a big reason for that. He stepped in as the starter in Week 5 of this season after serving a four game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy and would start the remaining 11 games of the regular season as well as all three playoff games.
He would finish the regular season with 38 total tackles, two interceptions, nine passes defended and one forced fumbles.
This is a move that would make sense for the Buffalo Bills as Breeland is an experienced cornerback that at only 28 years of age could be signed to a long-term deal that helps solidify the cornerback position opposite Tre’Davious White. It has essentially been a revolving door of veterans for the past three years but a player like Breeland could be the answer.
