Best Free Agent Signing

Winner: Daryl Williams

While the big addition was Stefon Diggs, he was acquired in a trade and not signed as a free agent. The Bills did make a number of moves in free agency but no one performed better than Daryl Williams.

Williams was a fourth round pick by the Carolina Panthers and had some early success in his career, including a second-team All-Pro nomination in 2017. However, he suffered a knee injury that cost him 2018 and then was asked to move around the offensive line in 2019 due to injuries to other players.

The Bills were able to sign him to a reasonable one-year, $2.25 million contract. The move proved to be a great one as Williams earned the starting right tackle job and would start every game at the position for the offense.

The question now is can the Buffalo Bills bring him back this offseason. He has certainly earned himself a much bigger, long-term contract after his play this past year.
