It was a total team effort for the Buffalo Bills on Saturday night against the Baltimore Ravens in their 17-3 victory. The Bills didn’t get the superstar performance from Josh Allen that they have become accustomed to this season but saw other players step up that helped propel them to the win.

These are four players in particular on the Buffalo Bills who stood out against the Baltimore Ravens.

John Brown

This season has been tough for John Brown as he moved from being the top receiver in this offense to a second option behind Stefon Diggs. He dealt with a number of injuries and was surpassed by Cole Beasley in terms of target share.

The speedy wide receiver returned in Week 17 against the Miami Dolphins and finished with over 70 receiving yards and a touchdown. However, in the first playoff game against the Colts he didn’t make an impact with no receptions on four targets.

That changed against the Ravens as John Brown was involved early and often and was Josh Allen’s second option behind Diggs. Brown would finish the game with 62 receiving yards and tied with the team led in receptions with eight. He and Diggs were the only two players on the Bills who had more than three receptions and 50 yards.

The return of an effective John Brown would be a huge boost for this offense, especially as they head into a potential shootout with the Kansas City Chiefs.
