These are four players who could be X-factors for the Buffalo Bills against the Baltimore Ravens.
There really is no question that the Buffalo Bills are going to go as far as Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and Tre’Davious White are going to be able to take them. These are some of the big stars on this team and if the Bills want to move past the Baltimore Ravens and further into the playoffs they will need big performances from these players.
However, they are not going to be able to do it alone and they will need some other players to step up this week to secure a trip to the AFC Championship Game. These are four players who could be x-factors for the Bills this weekend against the Baltimore Ravens.
The Buffalo Bills run game hasn’t been much to write about this year. At times they have been efficient but with the way Josh Allen has thrown the ball this year, it has been an afterthought. This week the Bills are facing an excellent Ravens’ run defense and are doing so without Zack Moss, who has been splitting time with Devin Singletary this season.
The absence of Moss gives Devin Singletary an excellent opportunity to remind fans why they were so excited about him after his rookie season last year. He may not generate many yards on the ground but he can still make his presence known as a pass catcher out of the backfield.
The Ravens at times have struggled to defend running backs in passing situations and this could give Singletary an opportunity to make some plays through the air. So far in his career, he has five games where has caught five or more receptions. It wouldn’t be surprising if Saturday night became the sixth career game surpassing that mark.
