Stefon Diggs

Having ended the regular season as the league’s leader in receptions, targets and yards Stefon Diggs has positioned himself to be a star this postseason. Given the fact that he lead the team by 59 targets he will certainly have plenty of opportunities this weekend.

Colts also don’t possess the cornerbacks to keep up with Diggs. Xavier Rhodes has a lot of tread on his body as the former first round pick is in his eighth season. Opposite him is Kenny Moore who went undrafted. Neither of these guys will be able to keep up with the quick at the line get off separation that Diggs displayed all season. Colts play a primary zone base defense which Diggs will be able to find the soft spots while raking up the stats.

Diggs has shown he can be counted on when the team needs to have a drive. The opening second half drive against the Los Angeles Chargers is a perfect example of that. On the 12 play, 57 yard drive that ended in a touchdown there were five passing plays. All five went to Diggs for four catches. Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll has designed plays to free up Diggs that combines very nicely with his separation ability.

Diggs should have a monster day as he records 12 plus receptions, 160 plus yards, and one touchdown. If so, that amount of receptions and yards would set season highs in what has been a league-leading season for him.
