Secondary

This was certainly an up and down game for the Buffalo Bills secondary in a week where they were without their top corner, Tre’Davious White. They allowed the Dolphins to throw for 384 passing yards and one touchdown with DeVante Parker leading the Dolphins with 116 receiving yards.

However, the Bills were opportunistic as they forced Tua Tagovailoa into three interceptions with Josh Norman having one interception, which he returned for a touchdown, and Dean Marlowe picking off two passes.

In addition to the 361 passing yards looking high, it took the Dolphins 59 pass attempts to get to that number and averaged only 6.7 yards per attempt. When considering how many times they had to throw to get to that number, along with the turnovers forced and the fact that Tre’Davious White was not on the field, this was a pretty good performance for this group.
