The Bills’ offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, has the unique ability to scheme players open. There have been countless instances, just this season, where Dawson Knox has failed to take advantage of those opportunities. Buffalo’s offense can ill afford a let down offensively and may rely on Knox in the short and intermediate area if Cole Beasley is unable to play in the postseason.

The Buffalo Bills will need Knox to play big-time football by exhibiting the YAC ability he displayed in 2019 and all but mirror his performance from the second half, on Monday Night Football, against the New England Patriots.

If Knox shows up in January, and forces defenses to respect him, he’ll potentially create additional opportunities for other pass catchers on the outside, which would create a more dynamic passing-attack for the Bills offensively.
