These are the five teams the Buffalo Bills could face in the first round of the playoffs next weekend.

There is plenty of uncertainty entering this final weekend of the regular season as the Buffalo Bills could end up with the two seed, with a win or Steelers loss, or the three seed, with a loss and a Steelers win.

However, the bottom half of the AFC playoff race has a lot more uncertainty as there are five teams playing for four spots. This a breakdown of the five teams the Bills could face at home on Wild Card weekend.

Miami Dolphins

Let’s start with the team the Bills are facing this weekend, the Miami Dolphins. They are currently fifth in the AFC with a 10-5 record and with a win guarantee they are into the playoffs. However, even if they are to lose to the Bills, there is still a chance for them to sneak into the playoffs.

The Dolphins made a switch midseason from Ryan Fitzpatrick to rookie Tua Tagovailoa and while they have won four of their last five games, it has been more due to the improvements on the defensive side of the ball.

This is a team that relies on turnovers as they currently are tied for first in the league in interceptions and fourth in fumbles. If the Bills face them for a second week in a row, protecting the ball will be vital in this matchup.
