Buffalo Bills set a season-high in rushing yards
While the passing game may struggle this week, there is a big opportunity for the Buffalo Bills to lean on the run and they produce. While the Patriots have struggled most of the year against the run, the past two weeks, in particular, have been bad.
In Week 14 against the Rams, the Patriots allowed rookie Cam Akers to run for 171 yards, and then this past week undrafted rookie Salvon Ahmed ran for 122 rushing yards. This was the first running back for the Dolphins to run for over 100 rushing yards since 2018.
Meanwhile, the Bills have struggled to get the run game going for most of the season but have been finding a little more success on the ground. This improvement combined with the fact that the Bills best game to date on the ground came against the Patriots when the Bills had 190 rushing yards but also a season high with 38 rushing attempts in the game.
This week should be no different as the Bills lean heavily on the run game but the combination of Devin Singletary and Zack Moss should keep this offense on track.
