The Buffalo Bills had five players selected to the 2021 Pro Bowl on Monday night.

Even though the game had been canceled, the NFL continued the process of selecting the AFC and NFC rosters for the Pro Bowl. The Buffalo Bills were well represented on the AFC roster with five players selected.

The group included quarterback Josh Allen, linebacker Tremaine Edmunds, wide receiver Stefon Diggs, cornerback Tre’Davious White and kick returner Andre Roberts. Diggs and White were listed as the starters on the roster.

This is the third straight Pro Bowl selection for Andre Roberts but only two with the Buffalo Bills. Roberts is currently tied for the league lead among players who qualify with an average of 29.4 yards per kickoff return.

Meanwhile, Tremaine Edmunds and Tre’Davious White have been selected for their second straight. However, this is the first time Edmunds made the initial roster as he made the Pro Bowl as an alternate last year.

The two players that made their first Pro Bowls were two players that were guaranteed to be locks to make the roster in Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs. The Buffalo Bills franchise quarterback has made a tremendous leap from last year to this season and already has set career highs in a number of categories including passing yards and touchdowns.

He currently has 4,000 passing yards, 30 passing touchdowns, nine interceptions, with an additional 383 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns.

As for Diggs, this is his first season with the Buffalo Bills, and he also is having a breakout season and leads the league in receptions with 111, and third in the NFL in receiving yards with 1,314 and only 10 receiving yards behind the league lead.
