Buffalo Bills: Top 3 takeaways from win over Broncos
These were the top takeaways for the Buffalo Bills in Week 15.
Clinching their AFC East title since 1995, the Buffalo Bills brought some holiday joy to Western New York after defeating the Denver Broncos 48-19.
At the beginning of the season, it was expected that the Buffalo Bills would be the “leaders in the clubhouse” for AFC East supremacy. After the Miami Dolphins made that possibility a little more nerve-wracking than initially expected, Buffalo prevailed.
This title would come with a complete performance over the Denver Broncos. Offense, defense, special teams, and coaching seemed to be areas of strength for the Bills. This was for good reason as with a huge moment on the line for the franchise, the players continued to focus on the goal at hand: winning the game.
That is just what the Bills did.
While the game went to the half with a score reading 21-13 in favor of Buffalo, the team put the game away in the second half. After multiple Bills scores, the game was out of the hand of the Broncos by the mid-point of the third quarter.
Buffalo would continue to pour it on the Denver defense, coming out on top 41-19.
Among all the excitement that Saturday’s game delivered, these are the top three takeaways.
