Here are three reasons why Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen should be seriously considered to win the NFL’s Most Valuable Player award.

No longer are the Buffalo Bills a laughing-stock. Or struggling to sneak into the postseason as one of the final Wild Card teams. Buffalo and their MVP candidate, Josh Allen, are headed toward the tournament for the second straight season. And Allen’s performance has everything to do with their success.

In 2020, Josh Allen ranks right outside the Top 5 in almost every meaningful quarterback statistic. He is sixth in completion percentage, passing yards, passing touchdowns, and QBR. He’s relevant in the MVP discussion and would likely win the award with his current numbers in years past.

William Hill’s Sportsbook has Josh Allen (+1500), as third-best odds to win the MVP award behind Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes (-240) and the Green Bay Packers’ Aaron Rodgers (+190).  Allen is certainly the underdog in this fight, but with only three games to play, he still has a pulse in a three-horse race and his accomplishments should not be ignored. Here are three reasons why Josh Allen should win the 2020 NFL MVP.
