Jayon Brown

If the Buffalo Bills were to lose Matt Milano this offseason, the perfect replacement could be linebacker Jayon Brown. He has almost the same body type as Milano at 6’3″ and 226 pounds and is one of those linebackers that may be smaller but does an excellent job in pass coverage because of it.

Brown has been a starter for the Tennessee Titans the past two seasons with over 100 total tackles in 2019. This season Brown was on pace to surpass that total again but suffered an elbow injury that ended his season and landed him on injured reserve.

If the Bills have their choice between Milano and Brown, they will likely want Milano because he knows this defense and the franchise knows what they are getting with him. However, if Milano commands a bigger contract and the addition of Brown can help the salary cap, this would be a smart move.
