Miami Dolphins: Is this game going to decide the AFC East?

While the New England Patriots can’t be counted out yet, the team that poses the biggest threat for the Buffalo Bills in their chase for an AFC East title is the Miami Dolphins. They are currently 8-4 and only one game back of the Bills, although the Bills did win the head to head matchup earlier this year and hold that tiebreaker.

While the Buffalo Bills have a tough stretch to end the season, the Dolphins have an equally tough stretch with a game against the Chiefs, Patriots, Raiders before they face the Bills. They will undoubtedly be tested but if they are able to keep the pressure on the Bills this would be the biggest game for these two franchises in a very long time.

The good news for the Buffalo Bills is that this will be a home game and while there won’t be fans in the stands, the weather in Western New York is unpredictable and could play a significant role in the outcome.

The Bills already have one win over the Dolphins but a lot has changed since Week 2 and the stakes potentially couldn’t be higher for these two franchises.
